Next to being a mother to my son Liam, I believe the other purpose of why I am “still here” is to give back.  To give back to others some of the knowledge and lessons I have learned in my somewhat difficult but amazing life.  I know I keep repeating myself but I have to say it again…It is when we go through what is most difficult in our life that we learn the most.  And then, we keep going….learning and sharing…

I am thrilled that I have finally come to a place in my life where I am surrounded with the most amazing people. After some difficult times, I feel like I have come full circle.  This is the time now for me to share, pass on, give, what I have learned to others so they too can be Empowered and live the life they want and deserve.

There is little, other than my son saying “momma” or running into my arms that compares to the feeling of helping others.  It is much more than a breath of air.  Helping others find strength within themselves, helping others overcome their challenges, is like deep, clean, full breaths of LIFE being drawn inside me-in my lungs and in my heart.  I am so lucky to be alive today, to have lived and learned all I have, and to be able now to share it.

THANK YOU to all who have helped me make it to this place and to my new amazing team at Whole Body Wellbeing.  I am truly humbled…and very excited.

So here it is, the START.  The first two DVD’s of the Empowered Living series are now available!  These DVD’s featuring me are real, honest, raw and powerful.  I want it to feel like I am sitting in the room with you, holding your hand, giving you a push “up and forward”. They are my gift to you.  Your support and watching you be better because of them, is certainly my GIFT.  THANK YOU.
